NOMA SKINCARE – SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Options

Noma Skincare provides reliable courier delivery services to both residential and business addresses across South Africa.

Order Process

Once your order is placed and payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received.

After your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch, we will send a second email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

Main Centres: 3–5 working days
Outlying & Regional Areas: 5–7 working days

Please note:
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Tracking

You will receive an SMS containing your tracking number once your order has been packed and handed over for delivery.

A second SMS will be sent on the morning your order is scheduled to arrive.

Our deliveries are fulfilled by trusted South African courier partners.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at your nominated address during working hours.

As a growing brand, Noma Skincare currently does not offer standard international shipping.

Can I Change My Delivery Address After Placing an Order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and the delivery address captured at checkout, it cannot be changed.

NOMA SKINCARE – REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We truly hope you love your Noma Skincare products.
However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.

If you wish to request a return, refund, or exchange, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
